Actually Migraine itself is not a disease. It’s a symptom of other problems like Acidity, Gastric, Sinusitis etc. First of all, try to rule out the cause and then try to clear/treat. Automatically, Migraine symptoms will reduce.
- The stomach should be cleaned properly
- Get good sleep
- If you are suffering with an acidity problem, then avoid spicy fried food
- Put pure cow ghee 2-2 drops in the nose
- Intake of pure ghee in diet is must
- Avoid dry diet like sprouts, burger, packed food etc
- If you are having sinusitis, then take steam twice in a day.
- Avoid too much of tea or coffee
- Take frequent mini meals
- Dinner should be early
- Walking few steps post meal will help to reduce gastric problem
